Q- What is Together We Can Build A Generation Of Leaders about?

A- Together We Can Build A Generation Of Leaders is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to producing educational activities and programs that are designed to teach and shape the minds of the youth towards developing good character. The organization promotes principles that will endow the youth with leadership qualities so that he or she may follow a path to becoming roll models and future leaders in their communities. The organization is also consistent in raising funds in order to forward regular donations toward Seminarian education.


Q- What activities and programs have the organization produced?

A- In 2007 the organization created a program called The Church Support Fellowship. This program was designed to encourage individuals of all age groups to participate in activities that will strengthen their communities as a whole through the support and leadership of their Church Pastors. This program also promotes assisting the pastor fulfill his Church and community duties.

The organization maintains a newsletter and website (mentallyawake.org) in order to promote this program. The organization also maintains several social groups and fan pages on facebook that are designed to further the organization’s mission. The organization have also created The Apprentice Associate Program which is designed to assist young aspiring leaders with professional development trainings in the field of business administration, as well as endow it's Associates with a monthly pay check and a yearly bonus.


Q- How can I collect a $5,000 check every year?

A- Very simple! First, pay your $100 membership dues. Second, recruit one new Apprentice Associate each week during your first and second member years. Third, begin collecting $5,000 each year starting on your first member year!


Q- That doesn't sound so simple. Aren't 50 memberships a lot to sell?

A- Actually it's a lot easier than it sounds. Especially when you are receiving a $50 commission for each sale, and you are offering the same opportunity to each member that you recruit. These methods were designed in order to demonstrate to fellow Associates that by working as one unit we can generate a community of wealth. And further demonstrates how the practical application of business administration works.


Q- How can I join the program today?

A- An Associate can recruit you over the phone. Just send an email requesting to join including your name and contact number to Apprentice@CashRecruit.org and you will be contacted promptly.


Q- Can you give some more details about The Apprentice Associate Program?

A- The program encourages students and young professionals, whom are referred
to as “The Apprentice” to go into the field and perform real business transactions through the sale of Memberships to local businesses in exchange for real media services and advertising,  while applying techniques developed by the program. The idea is for The Apprentice to engage other professionals in various markets and apply conventional business tactics in fulfilling their apprenticeship requirement to close deals. The Apprentice also receives a $50 dollar commission for each new Apprentice he or she recruits into the program.


Q- What if I have a full-time job or is attending school and I don't have time for these trainings?

A- That should not be a problem. Because the program only requires The Apprentice to contribute a minimum of two hours per month for trainings. The Apprentice may also chose the training schedule that is convenient for him or her.


Q- Can The Apprentices earn good money while in training, as well as for his or her efforts?

A- Absolutely! The Apprentice can gain moderate earnings as his or her ability to close deals improves. The Apprentice will receive a $50 (USD) commission for every Business Membership sold, and a $50 (USD) commission for every Apprentice Membership sold. New recruit and Business Member commission checks will be disbursed on a monthly basis. Associates will also receive a $50 (USD) commission on yearly membership dues from all of his or her recruits combined as a bonus every year. Which means, if an Associate has a total of 200 recruits, and all of his or her recruits have paid their yearly membership dues, That Associate will receive a check for $10,000.00 that year.


Q- What products are we selling to earn money through this program?

A- We are selling two products in this program. The first product we are selling is an Apprentice Associate Membership. The second product is a Business Associate Membership.


Q- How can an Apprentice sell an Apprentice Associate Membership?

A- Each apprentice is required to recruit a minimum of two Apprentices into the program. This is also called an Apprentice Member Recruit. Each Apprentice is also required to pay yearly membership dues in the amount of $100.00 (USD). Membership dues must be paid within thirty days of the due date.


Q- How can an Apprentice sell a Business Associate Membership?

A- The Apprentice is required to sell two Business Associate Memberships each year. Business Members are required to pay membership dues in the amount of $200.00 (USD) per year. Business Members will receive a six page Internet Profile package for their business.


Q- How can an Associate process a new recruit membership.

A- In order to quickly process a new recruit membership. The Associate must first be certain that the recruit is prepared to register, and pay his or her membership dues. Then the Associate can send an email to the email address posted above with the following information:


a) The Associate's First and Last Name
b) The Associate's Telephone Number
c) The Recruit's First and Last Name
d) The Recruit's Contact Number and Email Address


Q- How can I be sure that my transactions will be safe?

A- In order to ensure that your transactions will be safe, we will never ask a new recruit for private information over the phone. And we ask the new recruit to please verify that the email address, fax number or mailing address to which you are returning your Membership Form matches the ones we have posted below.

Q- What is a Senior Apprentice Associate?

A- The Senior Apprentice Associates are young professionals who serve by performing program administrative work that are necessary for the success of the organization. In addition to serving as roll models for their fellow Apprentice Associates these members participate in organizing and conducting program meetings, conferences and banquets.


Q- Who are qualified to become a Senior Apprentice Associate?

A- In order to immediately qualify to become a Senior Apprentice Associate you must be an Apprentice Associate who is one of the following: a CPA, a certified paralegal, an MBA, possess a degree in Law, in Economics, or a degree such as related to the field of business administration.


Q- What administrative work are Senior Apprentice Associates expected to perform?

A- The Senior Apprentice Associates are considered the team leaders of the program. These Associates possess the expertise and education required to properly train their fellow Associates. They will be prompt to enforce the program’s conduct and dress code, as well as instruct and guide their fellow Apprentice Associates with the following Program Requirements and Procedures:

Q- Can an Apprentice Associate become a Senior Apprentice Associate even if he or she does not possess a college degree?

A- Yes. But only after he or she has served as an Apprentice Associate for a minimum of two years, and have demonstrated that he or she is proficient in performing and instructing Eight of the above Program Requirements and Procedures, including the Eleventh Requirement.


Q- What is the added privilege for serving as a Senior Apprentice Associate?

A- The privilege for serving as a Senior Apprentice Associate is revealed in Cash Rewards. These members receive special rewards because they have applied their education and expertise to develop the formation of a generation of leaders. And in return for such a gift to society the program is obliged to assist and grant each Senior Apprentice Associate the first opportunity to recruit 500 members into the program.


Q- Does that mean Senior Associates will receive the credit and commission for new recruits generated by an Apprentice Associate?

A- No it does not. The Apprentice Associate will receive commissions for every new recruit he or she generates. Senior Associates will receive credit and commissions only on new recruits generated by general program invitations.
